Mountain Laurel Waldorf School is proud to host an American Red Cross Blood Drive on Friday, March 20, from 1:30 to 5:30 pm — and we’re calling on our community to show up and make a difference.
Right now, the need is urgent. The American Red Cross is facing a severe blood and platelet shortage, with hospital requests outpacing available supply and drawing the blood inventory down by roughly 35% over the past month. The shortage is especially critical for platelets and type O, A negative, and B negative blood. Without donations, patients in need face serious risk.
